Farm to table neighborhood gathering place will offer all-day dining, specialty coffee and weekend brunch in the heart of Trilith’s Town Centre

Fayetteville, Ga. —  Aug. 4 2026 — Harvest & Grace, a new fast-casual neighborhood cafe inspired by the belief that great food brings people together, will open its doors at the Town at Trilith this fall. Designed as a welcoming destination for residents and visitors, Harvest & Grace will serve fresh, seasonal breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, along with specialty coffee and Sunday brunch.

Leading the concept is Atlanta restaurateur Matt Wachlin, whose 30-year hospitality career spans roles with Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, Here to Serve Restaurants and Castellucci Hospitality Group. In 2020, Wachlin took over ownership and operations of Blue Eyed Daisy, a popular bakery and cafe in Chattahoochee Hills known for its exceptional guest experiences and hospitality.

Wachlin’s passion for food and hospitality dates back to childhood. Growing up on a family farm, he learned the importance of hard work, fresh ingredients and meaningful connections around the table — principles that now guide Harvest & Grace’s mission.

“Harvest & Grace is more than a restaurant — it’s an everyday gathering place where neighbors can connect over thoughtfully prepared meals, morning coffee, family dinners and weekend brunches,” Wachlin said. “Whether you’re grabbing coffee before work, meeting friends for lunch, enjoying dinner with family or simply looking for a welcoming place to relax, we want Harvest & Grace to feel like your neighborhood table.”

Harvest & Grace will feature a scratch-made menu of American fare that balances comforting dishes with fresh, wholesome options, from biscuits and gravy to sandwiches, seasonal salads and avocado toast. Locally sourced ingredients will define the menu, with vegetarian, gluten-free, kid-friendly and other health-conscious offerings to suit a variety of tastes and lifestyles.

The restaurant’s interior will include a warm, welcoming dining room alongside an expansive outdoor patio with comfortable seating, shaded areas and pet-friendly amenities, including water stations and leash tie-downs.

Located in the heart of Trilith’s Town Centre, Harvest & Grace was created to complement the community’s vibrant, creative spirit by offering an approachable cafe where quality food and genuine service bring people together every day.

“Harvest & Grace reflects the kind of thoughtful, community-focused businesses that make the Town at Trilith such a special place,” said Jake Pitman, town manager of the Town at Trilith. “We’re excited to welcome a new gathering place where residents, neighbors and visitors can come together to enjoy great food, connect with one another and experience the hospitality that defines our community.”

Additional details, including grand opening celebrations, menu previews and hiring announcements, will be shared in the coming months.
