The Fayette County Issues Tea Party invites the public to its monthly meeting to hear Edward Mitchell, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Islamic Community Center of Atlanta.
Edward will provide an educational overview of Islam, discuss local Muslims’ contributions to our community, and respond to audience questions.
The meeting is Tuesday, Aug. 25, at 7 p.m. at the Whitewater Creek amenities center (immediate right turn inside the gate), 165 Birkdale Drive in Fayetteville.
There is no admission charge.
