The season begins Sunday, Aug. 16, with a 3 p.m. concert presented by the 16-voice GCA Chamber Choir. The concert theme is ILLUMINATIONS: FROM DARKNESS INTO LIGHT” and features music by Herbert Howells, Morten Lauridsen, Camille Saint-Saens, and others. Tickets for this event will be available Aug. 1.

The season for the full chorus begins with “AN AMERICAN CELEBRATION” at The Griffin Auditorium (234 E.
