0Evelyn Louise Bonner Holland, age 84, formerly of Fayetteville and Powder Springs, Ga., died peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, June 17th at Southwest Christian Care Hospice.
Louise’s life journey was blessed with a loving husband, John Mendon Holland, until his death January 6, 2008. Together, their lives were fulfilled with four children: Brenda Welden of Newnan, J.J. Holland of Marietta, Lee Holland of Jonesboro, Wayne Holland of Seminole, Fla. (deceased November 17, 2014) along with their spouses, 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Louise was a lifelong Methodist and she and her family were actively involved with the churches they attended within each community in which they lived.
A memorial service will be held at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church on Saturday, June 27th at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Southwest Christian Care 7225 Lester Road Union City, Ga. 30291.
