Last week Georgia Tech President G.P. “Bud” Peterson conducted his seventh annual tour of Georgia. The four-day stretch covered about 650 miles through the western and northern sections of the state.

He visited 30 counties and 13 cities and towns and along the way met with lawmakers, alumni, business leaders and members of the State Board of Regents.

One of Peterson’s stops was in Fayetteville, where he spoke at an alumni breakfast at Pinewood Studios. The Ramblin’ Wreck also made an appearance there.
