Henry Allen Burdette, 82, of Fayetteville, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015.

He retired from Delta Airlines.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Burdette; his daughters, Sherri (Dennis) Rosser of Senoia and Kimberly (Chris) Leach of Fayetteville, N.C.; sons, Craig Burdette of Vallejo, Calif. and Kevin (Alisha) Burdette of Roswell, Ga.; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Heatherwood Baptist Church, Riverdale, Ga. He will lie in state from 1-2 prior to the service. Rev. Doug Johnson and Dr. Tom Daugherty will officiate. The family received friends on Tuesday evening, May 19, 2015 at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. The interment will be immediately after service at New Hope Cemetery, Fayetteville, Ga.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Heatherwood Baptist Church Benevolence Fund @ heatherwoodbaptist.org
