0Joy Brown, 67, of Fayetteville passed away December 22, 2014.
Mrs. Brown was a member of New Hope Baptist Church North. She retired from Wesley Lakes Elementary School in McDonough, GA where she was a school teacher. Joy was raised in Augusta, Arkansas. She is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelor and Masters degree in education.
Mrs. Brown is survived by her husband of 45 years, James Brown; daughters, Tracy Joy Brown Hulan and Christina Lane Brown Barbulescu; grandchildren, Claudia Lane Barbulescu, Bill E. “Trey” Hulan III, and Patrick David Barbulescu; brothers, Michael Gene Burrow and Robert Conley Burrow.
The Memorial services will be Monday, December 29, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home with Hugh Kirby officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
