The 3rd Annual Fayette Fling was another hit, raising over $86,000 in support of Fayette County students and teachers.

Hosted by the Fayette County Education Foundation, the sold out fundraiser brought the community together at the Commemorative Air Force Airbase at Falcon Field for a night benefitting Fayette County Public Schools educators.

A highlight of the night was the Wish Wall where teachers submitted requests for specific funding. Revelers picked out requests from the wall and fulfilled the monetary needs on the spot.

Youth literacy was in the spotlight, and 250 preschool-aged children in Fayette County are now signed up to receive free monthly books through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

Auctions offered a wide array of vacations, trips, and experiences up for bid for a great cause. Food and beverages from local restaurants fueled the giving, and there was also plenty of music and dancing to liven up the night. South Atlanta Photography was on hand to capture the evening.
