0Kerry Ackerson has joined the staff at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church as director of Equipping Ministries.
After a career in marketing, she served as director of ministry at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection in Marietta from 2005-2014.
At Christ Our Shepherd her responsibilities will include equipping volunteers for ministry, incorporating new members into congregational life, and supporting small group ministry.
She and her husband Peter live “in the country” with their cows, dogs, cats, and chickens.
