LDS to offer family history class tonight
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS)  will offer a Georgia Family History Resources Class for those who need help finding their Georgia roots. The class will be held Wednesday, May 7, from 7-8:30 p.m. in rooms 108 and 109 at the church, 2021 Redwine Road, Fayetteville. For more information contact mskeillor@gmail.com.

Summit will celebrate with portraits
The Summit Church will celebrate Mother’s Day this Sunday, May 11, by taking photographs of mothers and their family at the Mother’s Day Brunch. The brunch is from 10-11 a.m. this Sunday. Those who would like a portrait are asked to register at info@thesummitpc.net and let the church know how many will be in the picture.

Registration open for VBS at COS
Online registration for Vacation Bible School at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City is now open at www.coslutheran.org/vbs. “Weird Animals: Where Jesus’s Love is One-of-a-Kind” is the theme; June 23-27 are the dates. A  $10 donation per child is requested, and may be given online. For more information, call 770-487-8717.
