Nominations are now being accepted for the McIntosh High School Hall of Fame Class of 2017.
The nomination forms can be found at: http://mcintoshhalloffame.wixsite.com/chiefs and the deadline to have completed forms at McIntosh is Monday, May 8.
The “Sports Nomination Form” is for outstanding athlete nominees who graduated from McIntosh in 2007 or earlier, and for coaches – retired or still active – who have coached at least five years at McIntosh with a record of exceptional athletic achievement.
The “Distinguished Alumni Nomination Form” is for distinguished McIntosh alumni in the class of 1997 or earlier, and longtime McIntosh faculty.
