0Mr. and Mrs. James Kulaga of Peachtree City, Ga. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Amanda Carolyn to Joshua Sean Parker of Fanwood, New Jersey, son of Ms. Diana J. Parker and Mr. Harlin D. Parker, both of New Jersey.
Ms. Kulaga graduated with honors from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
Mr. Parker graduated with honors from GW, where he also earned his Juris Doctor degree. A pending member of the New York State bar, he now practices law in the offices of Willkie, Farr & Gallagher LLP in Washington. The couple plans to be married in November of 2013.
