The James Waldrop Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution on behalf of the National Society of the DAR recently presented two local businesses with the Flag of the United States of America Committee Certificate of Award.
The award is given for “Proper Use, Correct Display and Patriotic Presentation of the Flag of the United States of America.” Several chapter members were present to award the certificates to E. Crumpton Furniture 640 North Glynn St., Fayetteville, and Chick-fil-A, 875 Glynn St. South, Fayetteville.
The local DAR thanks these two local businesses for showing their patriotic pride and proper display of the Flag of the United States of America.
