Mrs. Elizabeth Vaden Hunter Brewer, of Fayetteville, Ga., passed away on April 5, 2012 at the age of 91.
Mrs. Brewer was the epitome of a “true southern lady.”
She was a loving wife, mother and “Nanny” who was a great cook, very generous, a friend to many and had a great sense of humor.
She was a long time member of the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by husbands, Elvis Martin Hunter and Carl J. Brewer.
Mrs. Brewer is survived by her sons Donald M. Hunter of Peachtree City, Ga., Gerald Hunter and his wife Elaine of Gainesville, Ga., Steve Hunter and his wife Karen of Fayetteville, Ga.; daughters Suzanne Hunter Acheson and her husband Butch of Cordele, Ga., Rebecca Hunter Swank and her husband Michael of Peachtree City, Ga.; grandchildren Beth Kelly and her husband Christopher of Portland, Ore., Brian Riley and his wife Sarah of Algonac, Mich., Jennifer Haynes and her husband Wesley of Gainesville, Ga., Brian Hunter and his wife Elysha of Gainesville, Ga., Paige Acheson of Denver, Colo., Lauren Pittman and her husband Craig of Atlanta, Ga., Brett Hunter of Fayetteville, Ga.; and six great-grandchildren.
