Wayne Edward Vise, Sr. (Papa) of Sharpsburg passed away Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012.
Mr. Vise served as deacon at his previous church, Greentree and was currently attending Dogwood Church in Tyrone.
He loved us all especially his wife of 62 years, Arzula Vise of Sharpsburg; daughter, Rhonda Gale McCurdy and her husband, David of Lithia Springs; sons, Wayne Edward Vise, Jr. and his wife, Denise of Sharpsburg; Mark Daniel Vise and his wife, Kim of Douglasville; sister, Dorothy Mae Green of Clearwater, Fla.; sister in-law, Evelyn Vise of Calimesa, Calif.; grandchildren, Jennifer, Jonathan, Luke, Abbey, Aaron, Amanda, Jason and his wife, Kathryn; one great grandchild, Taylor; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Rev. David Hammonds and Rev. Keith Moore officiating.
Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
