Local entrepreneurs will learn how to build the repeatable processes that let a business grow without everything running through the owner.
PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. – StartUp Fayette, an initiative of the Fayette Chamber of Commerce, will host its August educational event, Systems at Scale: Building the Repeatable Processes That Let Your Business Grow Without Breaking, on Tuesday, August 18 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Everbowl in Peachtree City.
The session features business coach Aaron Wright, who will walk attendees through how to identify owner-dependent bottlenecks, create simple repeatable processes, and build the consistency that frees them from daily firefighting. Attendees will leave with practical tools to scale their business without it breaking.
The event is designed for entrepreneurs, founders, and small business owners across Fayette County and the surrounding region — from solo operators preparing for a first hire to owners leading a growing team that needs more structure.
Aaron Wright is a business coach with ActionCOACH Peachtree (since 2023), helping owners strengthen operations and achieve sustainable growth. He is also a City of Fayetteville board member, a former U.S. Congress Campaign Manager, and an IRONMAN triathlete who applies the power of systems to both business and endurance goals.
Food will be available for purchase. Admission is $10 for Chamber members and $15 for non-members. Registration is open now.
