Kim Cox Owens: is a native, with a Political Science degree, was professionally trained to serve on boards through United Way for 26 years. Vickie Butler: has been a resident of Unincorporated Tyrone for 24+ years. She’s married with three adult sons, two of whom are Eagle Scouts. Dr. Lydia Powell is a 25-year educator, leader, and consultant. She is a member of the Fayette County High School’s Principal Advisory Council and HOSA Advisory Board.
