Weekly Beginning Spanish:

Thursdays starting October 5th, 2023, 2:00pm —Theater Room

Join the Peachtree City Library staff for Beginning Spanish with Mango. Learn how to use Mango Languages as well as practice with other attendees for perfect pronunciation. Local Author Expo:

Saturday, October 7th, 2023, 11:00am-5:00pm —Floy Farr Room & Storytime Room

Join Peachtree City Library for a day of books, fun, games, and raffles at the Local Author Expo. Drop in throughout the day to meet local authors, enjoy family friendly activities, and attend panel discussions featuring Hip Pocket Anthology authors. Don’t forget to stop by our welcome station to enter a prize drawing. This is a free event open to the public. No registration required.

 

Adult Pick-Up Craft Week: Brown Paper Flowers:

Pick up your craft kit and then tune in to the Peachtree City Library’s Facebook Page on Monday, October 9th to watch an instructional video on how to create your own super easy DIY craft. Yoga on the Plaza:

Join Peachtree City Library for a relaxing session of yoga on the plaza in front of City Hall/Library hosted by Sweet Tea Yoga. Bring a yoga mat or blanket and a water bottle.  Ages 18+. No Registration Required.

AARP Smart DriverTEK Workshop:

Technology is changing the driving experience. The new free 90-minute, AARP Smart DriverTEK workshop will keep you in the know about the latest high-tech safety features in your current or future car. Learn about what new technologies are available, how they work, and how they can make driving safer and more enjoyable. Please note that the Smart DriverTEK workshop is distinct from AARP Driver Safety’s Smart Driver course. Taking the Smart DriverTEK workshop will not result in a discount on your auto insurance. This free event will be held in the Readers & Writers Room on the main level of the library. Walk-ins welcome.
