The Patriots were well-represented on the national stage. Sandy Creek High’s chapter made its 16th consecutive trip to SkillsUSA National Leadership & Skills Conference, placing among the top 8 in the nation in two competitive events.

Caleb Dykes won the bronze medal for his outstanding pin design and presentation. His pin was one of the most sought-after in the week-long pin trading. This was his second consecutive year medalling at NLSC.

The trio of Faith Livinus, Cynthia Moro, and Ginny Phan placed 8th overall in promotional bulletin board design and presentation. This was the first year they competed at Nationals.
