In 2023, what does a well-balanced exercise program consist of and how can you stay motivated? Kim Hershey, Ace certified Personal Trainer and Fitness 54 Personal Training Manager, concentrates on the four building blocks of fitness: balance, cardio, strength and power training and flexibility. Come and be a part of her exercise class as she covers these four elements all while addressing tips for staying motivated when life’s challenges get in the way.
