Two men were arrested after a July 19 incident at the Woodbyne subdivision on Fayetteville’s north side, one charged with forcing anal sex with [CORRECTION] one man at gunpoint. The second arrested man was charged with being one of the gun pointers.

The two taken into custody were Augustus C. Romain, also known as Gazi Kodzo, the leader of the Black Hammer Party fringe group and 21-year-old Xavier H. “Keeno” Rushin. At least nine people exited the house and a member of the Black Hammer Party was found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head once police gained entry.
