0The Olivet Church— in collaboration with the (CORE) Community Organized Relief Effort Organization, will host a VaxUp Clinic for Free Covid-19 Vaccines on Sunday, May 1, 2022 from 12pm through 2pm at The Olivet Church: 877 Hwy 314 N, Fayetteville, GA 30214.
Free Covid-19 vaccines and boosters available include: Moderna and Pfizer: 1st dose, 2nd dose and 1st & 2nd boosters.
Pediatric vaccines will be available for children ages 5-11.
*Please be sure to bring your vaccination card.*
Registration is open online and available on-site; walk-ins are welcomed. To register, please visit The Olivet Church website (it’s located in the menu, under registration forms) or visit the registration site directly at: Lagrangevax.coreresponse.org
