Fayette County Public Schools will again partner with Southside Toys for Tots to provide economically disadvantaged children ages birth to 15 years old with toys and sports equipment.

If you’d like to help support this effort, beginning now through December 6 there will be collection boxes in the LaFayette Educational Center (205 LaFayette Ave.) building A and B lobbies for donations of new, unwrapped (important!) toys/sporting goods for children ages birth to 15 years old.

Here are a few of the most requested items: Action figures, baby/Barbie dolls, baseball/softball gloves and bats, basketballs, board games, costume jewelry, educational toys, footballs, dress-up items, puzzles, remote control vehicles, Bluetooth headphones/speakers, and toy cars/trucks, but any age-appropriate new toy is appreciated!

For more information, contact Virginia Gibbs at 770-460-3535 x 1145.

Thank you for your generosity and for helping make this another successful Toys for Tots campaign for our students and their families!

Dr. Cherry Stanard, Pre-K Consultant with Exceptional Children Services, brings toys to the Toys for Tots drop-off box at the LaFayette Education Center.
