A Fayetteville man has been charged with sexual battery in an incident involving a family member under age 16.
Mario Mujica, 64, was charged with sexual battery, according to Fayette County Jail records.
Sheriff Barry Babb said the incident from December 2019 involved Mujica and a family member under age 16.
Mujica following an investigation turned himself in at the Fayette County Jail on June 15.
No other information pertaining to the incident was available.
