Valentine’s Day in Peachtree City came with burglaries at the Dunkin’ Donuts at the Peachtree East Shopping Center on Ga. Highway 54 and at Taco Bell on Crosstown Drive.

The burglary at Dunkin’ Donuts was discovered when officers responded to the location at approximately 1 a.m.

Peachtree City Police Department spokesman Chris Hyatt said the drive-thru window had not been locked and cash was missing from the safe.

The burglary at Taco Bell was discovered at the restaurant’s opening were management found glass spread throughout the store from a forced entry through the side door, police reports said.

The building was cleared by officers, with the manager advising that nothing was missing, reports said.
