Bessie W. Peters, 97, of Fayetteville passed away January 8, 2020. She was born February 24, 1922, in Greensboro, Georgia.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Peters; and her parents. She is survived by sons Marks Nicholson (Ann) and Kenneth Starky; daughters, Carol Davis and Brenda Woolsey; brother, Jimmy Wright; sister, Evelyn Coad; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on January 10, 2020 at Noah’s Ark Baptist Church Cemetery, 2952 Noah’s Ark Rd, Jonesboro, GA, 30236 with Reverend Dennis Watson.
