Ricky D. Horn, 19, of Sharpsburg, was charged with theft by taking fiduciary, according to Peachtree City Police Department spokesman Matt Myers.

Tony C. Houser, 28, of Morrow, was charged with party to a crime theft by taking fiduciary, Myers said.

Myers said Houser, who served as general manager and day manager, reported a burglary, saying that the drive-thru window and safe were found open. Myers said neither the safe or window had been forced open.

Myers said the investigation determined that Houser and Horn, the night manager, had conspired to commit the theft. It was Horn who took the money, said Myers adding that investigators recovered stolen money from both men.
