Striking the same phone store for the second time, a man pepper-sprayed the clerk at Cricket Wireless, 154 Banks Crossing, snatched an iPhone and fled on foot, according to Fayetteville Police Capt. Chad Myers.

“He has committed a similar offense at the same location in the past, wearing the same clothing,” Meyers said. “During the previous incident, the suspect only snatched a phone on the counter and fled on foot.”

“The above pictured male in the blue shirt with the team Braves written in white letters … was observed fleeing the scene in a silver sedan vehicle,” said Detective Mikal Montford in a lookout posted Wednesday.

Because the man used a chemical spray, he is being sought for the felony offense of armed robbery.

Contact the Fayetteville Police Department with any information on this robber. “You will be able to remain anonymous. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated,” Montford said. Call 770-719-4226 or email mmontford@fayetteville-ga.gov.
