A July 12 traffic stop in Peachtree City led to the arrest of four people on outstanding warrants.

William Briley, 43, of Newnan, was arrested on an outstanding Cartersville warrant for theft, according to Peachtree City Police Department spokesperson Odilia Bergh.

Allen Mobley, 26, of Hampton, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for shoplifting in Riverdale.

Danielle Teigue, 27, of Newnan, was arrested on an outstanding Fayetteville warrant for shoplifting.

Katherine McClearen, 31, of Fayetteville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for theft in Cartersville, said Bergh.

The responding officer noted that he stopped the vehicle on Ga. Highway 54 near the Peachtree City Hotel and Conference Center for having no brake lights, and found that Briley, the driver, and Mobley had outstanding warrants. They were subsequently placed under arrest.

“The driver and passenger contacted their girlfriends to come pick up their vehicle. Both of the arrested offenders’ girlfriends  (Teigue and McClearen) were also found to have outstanding warrants and were arrested as well,” Police reports said.
