Jack Babb was born in Cassville, Mo. He served honorably in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Jack worked for Motorola at Cape Canaveral and Patrick AFB before moving to Atlanta in 1964. He retired from Racing Radios in 1998. He resided in Fayetteville, Ga. since 1988.

Jack was a member of Fayette Presbyterian Church. Jack was preceded in death by his mother and father, Nola and Bernard Babb; and sister, Marion (Glen) Rowland. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Juliette; children, Kenneth (Cheryl) Babb, Jeannie (Mark) Babb, and Beverly Babb; grandchildren, April (Brandon) Cunningham and Jarrett (Sarah) Babb; adored great-grandchildren, Holly Cunningham and Jackson Babb; and nieces and nephews, Kathy, Kirby, and Kerry Rowland.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations can be made in Jack’s memory to the Angels of Eternal Hope Hospice, 123 N. 18th Street, Griffin, Ga. 30223.
