Phyllis Kay Williams O’Neal of Sharpsburg, Ga. passed away in the arms of Jesus on June 5, 2018, after a 7 year courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert O’Neal; parents, William H. (Bill) and Golda Ruth Smith Williams, and an infant brother, Ronald Howard Williams.

Phyllis was born on October 22, 1945. She graduated from Farragut High School and attended the University of Tennessee. She moved to the Atlanta area when she was 21 and has lived her adult life there.

She was an accomplished organist and pianist and enjoyed cooking, gardening and music.

She is survived by two sisters and a brother in law; Vivian Williams Rhodes of Farragut Tenn. and Rebecca Williams Keith and Jim Keith of Cartersville, Ga., a beloved niece and nephew, Jenna Rhodes and Kevin Rhodes, both of Knoxville, three great nieces- Rylee and Kinlee Rhodes and Hadley DeBinder, a dear cousin and friend, June Hall; a special aunt and uncle Mary Jane and Carl Snyder and many caring friends.
