Mr. David Benjamin Thacker, II, age 30, of Fayetteville, Ga. passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018.
He is survived by his parents, Ben and Cindy Thacker of Fayetteville, Ga.; brother, John Thacker of Fayetteville, Ga.; sisters, Christie Trantham and her husband, Trey, of Lagrange, Ga., Andie Thacker of Fayetteville, Ga.; grandparents, Arthur and Alice Walker of Toccoa, Ga.; aunts, Tracy Walker, Lynn Buxton and her husband, Brian; cousins, Macon Walker, Nathan Thacker, Chloe Thacker and Marci Thacker.
A funeral service was held Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 2 o’clock at the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Pastor Kirk McDonald officiating. Interment followed at Holly Hill Memorial Park. Those wishing may sign the online guestbook at www.parrottfuneralhome.com.
Over the past five years, one of David’s greatest joys was to serve in the audio-visual ministry of his church, Gospel Community Church in Fayetteville. It was his desire that an option be available for donations to be given to the A/V ministry in lieu of flowers.
