0Jean Burdin (84) went to be with the Lord peacefully March 9, 2018. She was born 2/10/1934 at Fort Benning in Columbus Ga.
Jean was preceded in death by her loving Husband, Wes Burdin of 35 years.
She is survived by her 2 children, Patricia “Trish” Burdin of Nicolette Minn. and John Wesley (Kristin) Burdin of Flovilla Ga. as well as her brother, Jim (Marie) Stannard of Houston Texas and sister, Ann (Chuck) Delwarte of Colorado Springs Colo. She was blessed with 4 grandchildren, Justin (Ali) Burdin, Ryan Burdin, Stashia (Micah) Upchurch and Erin Hosford.
Jean was a faithful servant of God and charter member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 17th at Covenant Presbyterian Church at 819 GA 314 in Fayetteville 30214 at 11 a.m.
Family and friends may make a contribution in lieu of flowers in her name to the Memorial Fund at Covenant Presbyterian Church.
