Matthew Thomas Kuykendall, 27, of Fayetteville, passed away February 18, 2018 after a 3 year courageous fight with cancer.
Matthew loved spending time with family and friends. He loved dogs and it was while walking in the woods that he found peace.
Matthew is survived by his parents, Tory and Mona Kuykendall of Fayetteville; brothers, Michael Kuykendall of Fayetteville and Justin Blanks of Satsuma, Fla.; grandmothers, Ruth Davis of Fayetteville, June Kuykendall of Palatka, Fla., and Peggy Leicht of Monroe, Ga.; great-grandfather, Ed Cleary of Monroe; his true love, Andrea Naulls of Griffin, Ga.; and a large extended family.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 21, 2018, from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Kindred Hospice, 2525 Hwy 34 E., Newnan, Ga. 30265. Even in death, Matthew was able to give the gift of sight through the Georgia Eye Bank.
