Mrs. Velma S. White, age 98, of Peachtree City, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2017.

She is survived by her daughter, Marie Ellison and her husband, Calvin; son, James White; brother, Eugene Slaton; grandchildren, Johnny, Jennifer, Jim,  Beth, Walt, Theresa, Tara, Joey; great grandchildren, Will, Ben, John, Natalie, Addie, Amelia, Emily, Christopher, Elizabeth.

The family of Mrs. White would like to thank the staff at Southland Health & Rehab Center for their kind and compassionate care.

A funeral service was held Friday, May 19, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Dr. Jimmy Ellison and Rev. Ed Nelson officiating.  Interment will followed at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
