A conceptual site plan by Dividend West Partners to construct a 130,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse building on Dividend Drive was approved March 13 by the Peachtree City Planning Commission.
Located at 416 Dividend Drive, the industrial-zoned lot on which the 130,500 sq. ft. office and warehouse building will be situated is on property adjacent to the Wenco Group building.
The proposal came with 87 parking spaces and a building exterior that will be compatible with area industrial buildings.
A topic of discussion by planning commissioners, delivery truck traffic for the site will access the new building via the existing drive on the south side of the adjacent Wenco Group building.
Being too early in the process, there was no mention of the company that might occupy the new building.
