Evergreen plans Lenten events

Evergreen Church invites the community to join in its Lenten activities.

The Lenten season traditionally begins with Ash Wednesday. Evergreen Church will host an Ash Wednesday service on Wednesday, March 1 (tonight) at 6:30 p.m.

The church will continue to reflect throughout Lent as Evergreen’s associate pastor Tim Norton delivers a Lenten sermon each Sunday during Lent.

In addition to weekly worship, Evergreen Church has a Lenten family devotional series appropriate for all ages, including children and teens. Adults can easily lead and participate in this series, whether in a small group setting or in family quiet time.
