David James Kohout, 49, of Peachtree City, passed away at his residence on February 26, 2017.
He was born on April 13, 1967 to James and Lois Kohout in Willmer, Minn. He grew up in Minnesota. David moved his family to Peachtree City, Ga. in August 1998. He was an avid golfer and quickly made friends in the golf community.
David is survived by his wife, Yvonne Kohout of 27 years; daughters, Whitney Kohout, and Amber Kohout, grandson, Barrett James; parents, James and Lois Kohout; sisters, Shelly (Mike) Klehr and Katie (Brent) Thrune; brother, Mark (Michele) Kohout; and several nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 12:30 – 2 p.m. at Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City. A celebration of David’s life will be follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home.
