The Fayette Chamber of Commerce held a breakfast reception Jan. 25 in honor of Fayette School Superintendent Dr. Joseph C. Barrow, Jr. being recently named 2017 Georgia Superintendent of the Year by AASA, the School Superintendent’s Association. At the breakfast, Congressman Drew Ferguson’s office surprised Dr. Barrow by presenting him with a flag that had been flown over the U.S. Capitol in his honor.
