The funny thing is that when I was a ClubCorp member, they charged the regular club dues per month, but…

The Peachtree City Council on Nov. 17 the development agreement with Pulte Home Corporation/John Wieland Homes in Wilksmoor Village. Essentially a housekeeping issue, the updated agreement is required after the purchase of Wieland Homes by Pulte.
A Nov. 9 memo from city Planning and Development Director Mike Warrix said the development agreement for the 397-acre tract was approved by the council in 2007.
“Because of the litigation following the approval of the annexation and zoning request, the development agreement for the Wieland tract was never signed or recorded,” Warrix said. “Since that time Pulte Home Corporation has acquired John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods. The development agreement has been modified to reflect the new ownership of the property. There are no changes to the plans initially submitted and approved for the property or any conditions adopted as a part of the rezoning of the property.”
Also at the meeting, the council will consider the purchse of police vehicles, including a Smart car using forfieture funds, and a private fundraising proposal for a K-9.
As for the used 2014 Smart Fortwo to be puprchsed from the Norcross Police Department for $8,000, the vehicle will be small enough to patrol cart paths while being able to transition to city streets.
