The Museum of Literature is to coming to Fayette County.
With encouragement from their teacher, Cindy Claxton, a group of AP literature students from Sandy Creek High School will transform the school into a museum exhibit featuring the novel “The Prince of Tides” by Pat Conroy.
“Everyone is invited to come aboard Tom Wingo’s shrimping boat as we sail through the emotional sea,” according to a statement. “The experience will be truly breath-taking and heart-warming.”
This event will include analysis of the novel, selections of music, and artistic expressions of the book.
The Museum of Literature is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 10.
