Chip? I need an answer, what federal agency protects our most vulnerable children’s civil rights?

Site development for a 30,000 sq. ft. medical office building destined for Ga. Highway 54 West in Fayetteville adjacent to Piedmont Fayette Hospital is underway.
Approved by the Fayetteville Planning and Zoning Commission on July 28, the proposal included the construction of a two-story, 30,000 sq. ft. medical office building on the current site of the long-time tire company situated immediately to the east of the hospital on Ga. Highway 54 West.
The brick building will be situated near the center of the 2.76-acre site. Plans showed 143 regular parking spaces and five handicapped spaces.
The proposal calls for right-in, right-out access to Hwy. 54.
The city recently approved plans for the construction of a Holiday Inn Express immediately to the east of the medical office site.
