Get info to reduce falls

“A Matter of Balance” is scheduled from Tuesday, Sept. 27, 10-11 a.m. at Fayette Senior Services’ Peachtree City location (McIntosh Place, 203 McIntosh Trail).

In October, Home Helpers of Georgia and Touching Hearts at Home will be presenting an 8-class course (twice a week meetings) that focuses on reducing fall risks at home. This program is great for anyone concerned about falls and those interested in improving balance, flexibility and strength and also for those who have fallen in the past. This class will be $55 but includes class materials. Join this free informational session to learn more about what to expect from this upcoming class.
