Sarah Carillo, 12, of Fayetteville won four medals in four events at the recent Georgia Games Youth Swimming Championships at the Cherokee Aquatic Center in Holly Springs.
She won two gold medals in the 50 freestyle and 50 butterfly and two silver medals in the 50 breast and 100 Individual medley.
