This story has been circulating the Internet attributed to different authors; some of it is the commentary of others, some paraphrased; however our raccoon infestation story is true. So $15,000 in remediation work later the analogy is worth repeating.
We had returned from vacation and found our attic infested with raccoons. Many infected, messy, mean raccoons and their babies had overtaken our attic. Feces, destroyed insulation, torn apart air conditioning ducts; in the ceiling, behind walls, the urine smell everywhere.
We interviewed several people and hired who was the best for the job.
We needed the raccoons gone immediately.
We didn’t care that the guy smelled. We didn’t care if he was an alcoholic, we didn’t care how many times he had been married; didn’t care if he voted for Obama, didn’t care that he had plumber’s crack; we simply wanted the germ-ridden raccoons gone.
And he was the guy to get the job done. We wanted our problem fixed. He’s the guy. He’s the best. End of conversation.
That’s why we need Trump. Yes, he’s a bit of a brute. Yes, he’s an egomaniac, but who cares?
The country is a mess because politicians lie, the Republican Party is two-faced and gutless. Men are legally permitted to enter women’s restrooms and girls’ locker rooms to ogle your mothers, wives, sisters, daughters with impunity. The Obama Justice Department is suing those who object and refuse to establish “gender fluid” zones. You want it fixed NOW.
You shouldn’t care if Trump is crude, you shouldn’t care if he insults people, you shouldn’t care that he had been friendly with Hillary, you shouldn’t care that he has changed positions, you shouldn’t care that he’s been married three times, you shouldn’t care that he fights with Meghan Kelly and Rosie O’Donnell. You shouldn’t care that he doesn’t know the name of some Muslin terrorist.
America is weak, bankrupt, our enemies are making fun of us and slaughtering hundreds of thousands of our fellow Christians around the world, with no reprisals from the White House.
Is America next? We can’t practice our religion according to the teachings of our faith. We are becoming a nation of whiners where every purported victim becomes a special interest group with special rights to a point where we don’t even recognize the country we love.
“And we just want it fixed” and Trump is the only guy who understands what people want.
You’re sick of politicians, sick of the Democrat Party, sick of many in the Republican Party. You just want this thing fixed. Trump may not be a saint, but doesn’t have any lobbyist money influencing him, he doesn’t have political correctness restraining him, all you know is that he has been very successful, a good negotiator, he has built a lot of things, created a lot of jobs, hired a lot of people and he’s also not a politician, so he is not a cowardly politician.
And he says he’ll fix it. You don’t care if he has bad hair. You just want to Make America Great Again.
You just want those raccoons gone. Out of your attic.
