Students at Burch Elementary School recently participated in the Touch-a-Truck event as part of National Cities Day. To get an up-close look, students were given the opportunity to view law enforcement, fire department, public works, ambulatory vehicles as well as equipment and heavy machinery that helps maintain our community’s roads. Students were impressed with the AirLife helicopter and loved meeting the canine officer, Georgia. Photo/Submitted.
