A Peachtree City man died May 1 in Senoia after a collision between his motorcycle and a vehicle on Ga. Highway 16.
David Harris, 22, was pronounced dead at the scene due to blunt force trauma he sustained, according to a spokesman for the Senoia Police Deaprtment.
The crash occurred at approximately 1:51 p.m. at Village Circle and Hwy. 16 at the Cumberland Village retail area, police said.
Upon the arrival of officers and the initial investigation, it was determined that a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier had exited Village Circle onto Hwy. 16 into the path of a 2007 Suzuki GSXR-600.
The motorcycle was being driven by Harris, who was pronounced dead at the scene from blunt force trauma received from the crash, according to police.
The Cavalier was being driven by 75-year-old Senoia resident Mildred Amey, who complained of injuries and was treated at the scene, police said.
Senoia Police Department Sgt. Paul Culp is continuing to investigate the crash and charges have not been filed at this time.
