The ins and outs of food labels

“A New Look at Food Labels” is scheduled for Monday, May 9, 1-2 p.m. at Fayette Senior Services’ Fayetteville location (The Life Enrichment Center, 4 Center Drive).

Mary Kay Garafalo Rudd, PhD and registered dietician, teaches us about the upcoming changes to food labels. Learn what changes are occurring, when they are expected to change and how they compare and contrast to the current ones. Mary Kay will give us tips to reading the new labels and how to understand them to help eat a healthy and happy diet.
