William “Bill” Byrnes, 80, of Fayetteville passed away February 20, 2016.
Mr. Byrnes was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church of Fayetteville; he also served his country in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Sandy Byrnes; son and daughter- in- law, Scott & Micki Byrnes; granddaughter, Sophia Byrnes; and brother, Richard, and sister-in-law, Karyn Byrnes.
The family received friends Monday, February 22, 2016, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Carl J. Mowell and Son Fayetteville Chapel with a Rosary service that began at 7 p.m.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, February 25, 2016, at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Fayetteville, Ga., with Father Michael McWhorter as Celebrant.
The family requests donations be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society at 152 Antioch RD. Fayetteville, Ga. 30215.
