Cruz supporters organizing

A grassroots initiative in support of U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz’s presidential campaign is organizing within the next few days, according to a statement.

“If you are tired and frustrated over the Supreme Court Justices continuing to violate their judicial oaths, a failed Obamacare that continues to be re-written to force on the American people and so much more, come join the Cruz Coalition,” the statement read.

The group will be making phone calls locally in support of Cruz with a scheduled launch of Monday, Feb. 15, at 10 a.m. at the Fayette Event Center, 174 N. Glynn St. in Fayetteville.

“You and your friends are greatly needed to caucus here in Georgia,” according to the organizers.
